Vision Module

The MRT2000 vision module is an intelligent module designed for cargo pallet recognition and vision-based obstacle avoidance. A high-performance, high-reliability embedded computer performs image recognition and outputs the pallet absolute position and yaw angle. KCONBOT proprietary algorithms have been validated on multiple pallet standards, including Chinese and European pallets. Under required detection conditions, recognition accuracy reaches ±1 cm with an angular error of ±1° based on comprehensive recognition-rate processing. The module supports 3D vision obstacle avoidance and can connect two obstacle-avoidance cameras with configurable detection zones for all-around AGV protection.
