Introduction to the plan
The Jacking-type mobile robot carries pallets, shelves, and other carriers by jacking, lifts the transported materials and shelves, transports them quickly to the designated position, and completes the shelf deployment, sorting, integration, and other work in the storage plant workshop. It automatically connects with the transplantation mechanism, lifting and lowering mechanism, and the equipment of the standing library, to achieve unmanned operation.
The overall solution of jacking and transporting type, according to the whole vehicle function of mobile robot, is mainly divided into the control system, navigation, and sensing, chassis drive, actuator, safety detection, interaction module, communication module, power supply unit, optional additional functions, such as the composition of the nine major unit modules.
Plan composition
The control system, as the main control module of the vehicle, is the "brain" and the decision-making and data concentration platform of the mobile robot. In the Jacking AMR program, we use the KC MRC3100 navigation controller, which has built-in navigation control algorithms and motion control algorithms, the navigation algorithms support natural navigation, laser reflector navigation, and Barcode navigation, and the motion control algorithms support two-wheel drive, four-wheel drive, four omni-directional wheels, and four Mecanum wheels chassis mode. The controller has rich hardware interfaces with its own IO resources and multi-channel communication ports; supporting robot design software and robot Implementation Software, through the graphical way to finish the development and application of the machine.
Navigation sensors are the "eyes" of the mobile robot, providing navigation information for the vehicle to realize different usage scenarios, usually using two types of navigation: laser navigation and Barcode navigation. According to the navigation mode, it supports Lidar or a QRcode vision camera.
Lidar with a 12V or 24V power supply, through the network port, realizes data transmission by TCP/IP communication mode.
The Barcode vision camera is generally powered by 12V or 24V and transmits data in the form of bus protocol through the RS485/CAN bus interface.
The chassis drive is the "foot" of the mobile robot to achieve the robot's walking and steering functions. Generally, low voltage servo motors and motor drives are used. According to the chassis mode, load and other different types, power of the drive, reducer, motor and wheel combination.
The actuator is the "hand" of the mobile robot, which determines the robot's movements and handling methods. Commonly, there are lifting devices, forks, rollers, robotic arms and so on.
Safety detection is mainly to provide safety for mobile robots to achieve obstacle avoidance, obstacle bypass and other functions. According to different obstacle avoidance needs can choose different information acquisition unit, common vision camera, obstacle avoidance laser, ultrasound, touch edge and so on.
The interaction module provides interaction functions for the mobile robot. It mainly includes call modules, hand-held remoters,screen, etc., light switches, and other HMI devices.
The communication module mainly realizes the wireless communication function of the mobile robot, as well as the wireless roaming switching function in large scenes.
The power supply unit is the power source of the whole vehicle, which is composed of battery and BMS system, providing electrical energy for all the components of the whole vehicle, and there are common 24V and 48V lithium batteries.
Mobile robots are used in all aspects of various industries, and in order to adapt to special application scenarios, it has corresponding functions, such as material leg recognition, pallet recognition, and 3D obstacle avoidance and so on.
