KCONBOT Robot Design Software is an engineering tool for implementing specific mobile-robot functions. When using KCONBOT mobile-robot navigation hardware together with third-party robot functional hardware, users can design autonomous navigation, electrical logic, safety logic, application logic, and data interaction with third-party equipment through this software.
Robot Setup Wizard: Enter the required robot information for the mobile robot under development, then select the navigation method and configure the drive, navigation, and I/O channels.
Basic Function Development: Use graphical function blocks to develop robot navigation and chassis functions, supporting mainstream navigation and chassis configurations on the market.
Actuator Function Development: Different robot types use different actuators. Typical examples include lift-module development for under-riding lift robots and mast/fork function development for forklift-type robots.
Safety Function Development: Robots use various safety mechanisms to ensure protection during motion, including LiDAR obstacle avoidance, vision obstacle avoidance, safety bumpers, and more.
